Unable to Add Route Notes to New Routes

Bug Description

When creating a brand new route, the route note field is missing. To add a route note, you must fill out the Information presented (aircraft, arr., dep., flight time, flight number) and press save. After that, go to your manage routes tab, find the route you just added and now see there is a field for route notes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Manage Routes
2. Create new route
3. Observe no input field for route notes

Expected Behavior

Ability to add route notes with the addition of a new route
