  • Merge into upstream
  • Address issues observed in meetings with @arokem and Sam through PRs (added in merge)
  • Set up GitHub Action in a separate repository to replace URLs with the desired ones instead of hard-coding. (see issues)
  • Create scripts for local build of Freesurfer images and push to the registry and/or build with docker and then convert to an apptainer.
  • Push maouw/hyakvnc_apptainer and build images there
  • Replace container addresses in hyakvnc with uw-psych ones
