[README.md] currently builds from .build/Makefile that calls jinja (from jinja-cli on PyPI) on a jinja2 template, .build/README.j2.md. This happens manually right now and must be called as cd .build && make REMOTE_NAME=(upstream or origin). This should be pretty easy to convert to an Action.
