This is a javascript/html front-end for jonwil's apt2xml and xml2apt tools. It is designed specifically for Red Alert 3.
- Download the repository as zip and extract the files.
- Get AptUI files from here.
- Run tool.cmd and open any .apt file, try to understand it and edit it. Don't forget to backup before hitting the Save button.
- The wiki is still under construction
