My Thesis title is going in three lines , due to which the copyright line is shifting to second page. I'm unable to fix both in a single page. Can you help me with the place where I need to do the changes.

Try changing vspace to 0.1 inches in \maketitlepage macro in iiththesis.cls.
\vspace{.1in}
