Interface broken on edit Port Forward

Interface broken, all port forward edit open at same time.

• macOS Version: 13.01
• Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): Intel

Same issue here, using UTM 4.09 and macOS 13 Ventura.
In the config.plist (wrapped in logs.zip) the correct port forwarding is set as I have configured in UTM 3.25 and this works correctly in 3.25. So version 4.09 reads (and writes) the configuration incorrectly.
When I switched back to 3.25 afterwards, the VM started correctly with correct port forwarding.
