ZIpped Files returning page with text, not the file #15

When Zipped files are selected for download, they return text rather than downloading the file. Example: http://repository.stategeothermaldata.org/metadata/record/168566464e3d5f8f3cde3b9fc006e4c8/file/copy-of-txwellheaders_withmlk_20121207_for_deploymentcm.zip
