Add a cybersecurity-focused projects section

Description

We need to introduce a new section in the README for cybersecurity-focused projects or companies. This will help users quickly identify security-related contributions.

Steps to Complete

  1. Fork the repository and create a new branch.
  2. Add the section title in the format : ### Section-Name
  3. Add the section to the index in alphabetical order using the following format: - [Section-Name](#Section-Name)
  4. Add the projects in this format: [Project Name](https://project-website.com) 🇪🇺 - Brief description.

Acceptance Criteria

✅ A new "Cybersecurity" section is added to README.md.
✅ At least one cybersecurity-related project is included.
✅ Update index.
✅ Update Graph.
