Investigate empty bubbles / Improve error handling around deleted items

What I tried. Most can be gifted right now due to the Qi quest. Lewis can be gifted. I loaded up a few items and went out after chores.
I had an Avocado and Vegetable stir fry among a handful of other items. Both those are from the Artisan Valley family of mods (specifically Fruits and Veggies and More recipes).

Lewis showed the stir fry as loved and it is. There was an empty bubble. A cycle between the stir fry and the empty. Nothing else in my inventory was loved by lewis. I used the Lookup Anything mod to check each item. While he was standing there I decided to deleted some items. I started with the Avocado. Now only the stir fry was shown. Hmm. I added the Avocado back to my inventory via the CJB Item spawner (seriously handy for testing or screwing around like this). Whammo, the time cycle between the empty bubble and stir fry was WAY faster than the 2 second default (which I did not change). I recorded a little in case you want to see it, just in case. When I exited I noticed a bunch of red in the console so I gave you the log.

edit, edit: Just tried it with that exact inventory (still the same day). No duplicate. Maybe an uninitialized and dependent on things/order done previous that day. Hopefully the log has some goodies for you.
