urbanopt geojson gem file not found

Hi there..
I am currently using urbanopt-cli-0.7.1 using grasshopper.
and I am getting

"1. Solution exception:No URBANopt Gemfile was found in dragonfly_energy.config.folders.
This file must exist to run URBANopt."

along with

"0. Runtime error (AssertionException): No URBANopt Gemfile was found in dragonfly_energy.config.folders.
This file must exist to run URBANopt.
