Fixing links on the Fordson theme footer configuration #145

on the Footer configuration tab need to change following:
add LinkedIn URL https://linkedin.com/company/up2u-consortium
add Youtube URL https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWU-NUiQ4fYVhJc-unUH7FQ
change custom Social Link1 URL to mailto:contact@lists.up2university.eu
(mailto: was missing for the e-mail)
I have changed it in the production instance manually, so please update dockerized deployment
