Hi,

I'm trying to get the apiToken working, but so far no success.

I have :

  • Installed the plugin
  • Reboot homebridge
  • Configure plugin
  • Reboot
  • Use the url found in the logs -> connection with xbox live account, password and authenticator
(I received an email from Microsoft telling ,me Smartglass is autorized).
  • Add the line : apiToken : "code after ?code=".
  • Reboot

And then I get the error : User failed to authenticate. Disabling Xbox api functionalities

Could you please help me ?

Thanks a lot,

Alexis

Same issue here, has anyone heard from the plugin author?

Discovered what the issue was, at least in my case - hopefully it's the same for you and this will help: I was originally adding the token where the first red arrow points to, within one of the devices, whereas it should actually go where the second arrow points, after the devices list.
