feat: follow the community agreement and explicitly use tailwindcss

遵循社区约定使用 tailwind.config.js 配置文件，同时暴露入口文件的原因是为了 taiwindcss 的下一个版本插件用法

可能的写法是

@import 'tailwindcss';
@plugin '@tailwindcss/typography';
@plugin '@tailwindcss/forms' {
          strategy: base;
        }

之前有想过这么做，但是在 #2 里说预想的方式是按tailwindcss:{}，所以我理解可能出现了一些偏差。目前的这个做法我觉得是最好的，很好的解决了所有问题，感谢大佬耐心的修改 😂
