Description
Updates GNU RTs to run S2SWA tests.

Testing
The Intel.GNU regression tests were run; all jobs completed but the
cpld_control_p8andcpld_debug_p8failed due to missing baselines. New baselines will be required for these two tests on Hera and Cheynne GNU.Dependencies
