Description

The four HAFS regional/global nesting RTs run too slow than on other platforms, thus were not enabled running on Jet.

Solution

Need to look into and fix this so that we can turn on the HAFS regional/global nesting RTs on Jet.

Alternatives

Currently, these four HAFS regional/global nesting RTs were turned off Jet.
