参照型であっても、関数内ローカルでしか使ってない寿命の短い奴はスタック上に確保する最適化が入るかも。
次世代.NETでの話。

dotnet/coreclr#6653 たぶんこの辺りがそれの作業っぽいんだけど。
今Mergeされたとなると、C# 7/.NET 4.7?(5?)、.NET Core 1.7? (2?)辺りで入るのかな。
