Element content editor

Hello, I would like to use more editors for a different parts of my page.
For example: for headline, for perex etc.

Therefore I new to create an extension which will allow me create editor withe defined wrap element (e.g H1) and create only break line on enter.
The results should to be something like that <h1>Hello my beautiful<br>world</h1>

It's possible to do something like this with editor?
I tried to create something by my way, but it was not successfully and therefore I would like to be sure if it's possible
