Is there a plan to support cats-effect 3? The readme only lists support for CE2, and at this point the typelevel ecosystem universally recommends moving on to CE3 for a variety of reasons

Hey @Daenyth thanks for creating an issue & that is definitely on the radar.

I don't have much time to spend on it at the moment though. However, if you'd like to create a PR, I'll be happy to help you, so we could push it forward, if that is blocking for you. 🚀 The cats package is not large, should not be too complicated to move it to CE3.
