Connection window shows Enable TLS tick disabled

Description

This is the Connection Window if we enable "Enable TLS" after connection:

And this is if we disable "Enable TLS":

The difference is only the certificate field.

Environment

1. TypeDB version: 2.21.1
2. OS of TypeDB server: TypeDB Cloud
3. Studio version: 2.21.1
4. OS of Studio: macOS 13.4.1 (c)

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Connect to a cluster with TLS enabled.
2. Reopen the connection window to check the connection status.

Expected Output

All settings are shown the same as before the connection.

Actual Output

"Enable TLS" changed to an empty checkbox.
After disconnection, it is restored back to On.
