When minLength is set, to say 3, you type 1 letter in and the empty template kicks in.

Shouldn't empty honour the minLength setting, and only kick in after minLength has been met?

(Only testing using a remote source, no local or prefetch defined)

It's a little wonky, but that's the expected behavior. Might be worthwhile to rethink whether or not that behavior should change in an upcoming release.

This is going to be fixed in v0.10.2. The dropdown menu will not show until minLength is satisfied.

Was this fixed in v0.10.2? I am seeing the same issue using v0.10.2. Thanks!
