Display a rating request dialog "Happy moment" on Android devices.

Test notes (WIP)

  • The dialog should be designed in the same way as the iOS in-app rating dialogue, but with Android-specific message and button labels.
  • The OK button in the dialog box should take you to the app's page in the Google Play Store.
  • The rest of the dialog (the timing and logic for when to display it) should remain the same as the iOS in-app rating dialog.
