Improve the charting capabilities of Odoo.

Implemented features:

• Plot multiple variables (called measures in the odoo client) with bar charts using grouped bars.

Planned:

• Plot multiple measures on line charts
• Scatter/Bubble chart
• Sunburst ("grouped Pie chart")
• Bullet Chart
• Stacked bar chart
