能不能添加监听指定IP的配置选项 #48

目前是只能配置端口，然后监听主机所有V4 V6 IP的端口，其实也不是什么大问题，但是如果某些内核禁用IPv6协议的主机上启动的时候就会报错：Address family not supported by protocol (os error 97)，所以我建议是添加一个IP绑定选项，默认或空值才监听所有IP

之前原本是有类似功能的，但因为一些原因被去掉了。下个版本会重构 endpoint 部分，应该会重新加上这个功能

已在 0.8.0-beta0 中添加了这个功能

尝试用0.8.5，为啥也会提示 Address family not supported by protocol (os error 97) 呢
