3.9.5.81-v11版本，hookmsg接收不到消息 #503

3.9.5.81-v11预编译版本，hookmsg后，只能收到几条消息，后面再也收不到，需要退出微信重新注册dll，再重新调用hookmsg才行，接收几条后又收不到
