hypr package required to build warnings vignette

problem reported by a friend of mine; there's an example that uses the hypr package but the vignette should check to see if it's installed before trying to run that chunk so that the package can install without needing the hypr package installed

switched the chunks to eval = FALSE, so those chunks shouldnt run when building
