update TerminalPager.jl dependency

First, thanks for the great package!

I currently have TerminalPager.jl and Eyeball.jl in my global environment. But the version of TerminalPager.jl is 0.2.2 and not 0.3.1 (the most recent) because of Eyeball.jl.

I checked and the only place where it is used is here to call the function pager on a String. This does not change in the latest version of TP.jl, so it would be nice to update it. :)
