Pre-Release for client registration

This pre-releases contains

• a new client registration during the integration setup config flow. During the setup, a self-signed certificate/key pair is created, stored into the ha-config/bosch_shc folder and registered on the SHC device with the password used during installation of the SHC.
  This simplifies the integration setup, as the manual steps for creating a self-signed certificate/key pair and registering this certificate on the SHC are not needed anymore.
• SSL host verification using the provided Bosch Issuing and Root CA

Previously registered certificates stay valid and can still be used in the future.

Release Camera360 support, remove deprecated API 1.0 calls
