Wiki - Add a page / section with high level solves (the "So what" for devs)

Borrowing from my other repo wiki, I should incorporate these into its own wiki page to highlight the so what of this repo:

14. The following things are kind of difficult in LWC:
    • Event messaging for complex apps are hard, so I solved that.
    • Datatables are hard, so I solved that.
    • Dialogs / modals so hard, so I solved that.

The goal here will be better surface the design pattern elements of this repo to developers who browse the wiki, the so what.
