Switch to the markdown format of the book

There is a good example of blog engine using Prolog Markdown parser: https://github.com/oblivia-simplex/plog.

It will ease the reading/writing the book contents in the popular editors and GitHub itself. Also will allow to kill a lot of unrequired JavaScript - e.g. no need for jQuery, imho.
