Dialogue out of place

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into Sol or any system with Earth ships.
2. Fly by one of them but don't chase it down.
3. LET THEM COME. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Captain Picard says "Yes, Captain, how can we be of assistance."

Well gee - I don't know - you chased me down! That's rather like randomly 
phoning a friend and saying "Hey, nice of you to call! Is there anything I can 
do for you?

Not a difficult fix, I'm sure but it doesn't seem a fitting greeting from 
someone who chased me down. Try something like "Nice to see you again Captain! 
What brings you to this neck of the woods?" or something decisively Human to 
say... The whole "yes captain" just doesn't work for someone who chases you 
down.
