Project Split

I have decided to split the project into two separate projects:

• m2c, a Modula-2 R10 (BSK) to C translator & compiler
• m2t, a PIM Modula-2 to Modula-2 R10 (BSK) translator

The current repository will be renamed to m2t and support for the extended dialect removed therein.
A new m2c repository will be created with relevant source code from the current repository and PIM support removed.

Priority will be on the m2c project.
