  • Upload Artifact step is failing with the following output
  Error: Create Artifact Container failed: The artifact name lighthouse-results is not valid. Request URL https://pipelinesghubeus7.actions.githubusercontent.com/{{id}}/_apis/pipelines/workflows/{{id}}/artifacts?api-version=6.0-preview

Need to update the @actions/artifact package to the latest (as of this post, 2.2.1). There are also multiple critical security vulnerabilities in the package.json that can be fixed easily with a npm audit fix.
