Blocking users by removing connection file(s)

Is there a way we can block a "bad actor" or a child of theirs by removing a connection file on the server? If so, which file or sets of files can we remove or move?

If you're trying to block a user permanently then you can remove them from the server after it is deployed.

Users can be removed by modifying the user list in the main config.cfg file and re-running the main deployment script with an argument. This is discussed in the docs.
