Extract the User Guide to a different place

We planned to add more tutorials to the Torrust Website, such as blog posts. The tutorials would be about:

• How to create torrents with the qBittorrent BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.
• How to create torrents with the Deluge BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.
• How to create torrents with the Transmission BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.
• How to create torrents with the KTorrent BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.
• How to create torrents with the BiglyBt BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.
• How to create torrents with the XXX BitTorrent client and upload them to the Torrsut Index.

Those tutorials explain the BitTorrent client side, and there could be just one tutorial for the steps you have to follow on the Index GUI to upload the torrent.

Maybe that information should be in the User Guide instead of the blog. I'm considering creating them in Mardown in the User Guide. The problem is the User Guide has been very simple so far, and I would not like to add too many media files (like screenshots) to this repo.

Because of that, I think we could extract the User Guide to:

1. Another repo: torrust-index-gui-user-guide.
2. A GitHub wiki.
3. Or any other proposed alternative.
