Possui um cliente, que informa um endereço (escolhido pelo usuário) e uma porta a um servidor, que recebe a solicitação do cliente e a retorna. O cliente então mede a diferença de tempo entre o envio e o recebimento da solicitação em nanossegundos. Implementado em UDP E TCP.
