Verbose notification on dispatch

I did use the manual dispatch for the first time today. Pretty sick to trigger a release without leaving Neovim 😎

I noticed that the notification is a bit verbose. Could we hide the metatable stuff?

Dispatched Release to GitHub and push tag with {
  ["release-type"] = "patch",
  <metatable> = {
    __tostring = <function 1>
  }
}

Yeah should be pretty straight forward, happy to accept a PR. I'm currently not actively using nor working on the plugin myself.
