Hi, thank you very much for developing such a great app!
Currently Folio app displays only note files stored in the sub-folders (or Notebooks) of the main storage location. Is it possible to add an option to index note files located in the main "Notes Storage Location" folder as well?
I am asking because quite a few file-based note taking apps have (NextCloud Notes, FS Notes, Iotas...) following approach:
By default notes are saved in the main folder.
If note gets assigned a category it is moved to corresponding subfolder (Notebook).
I understand that this is a whole different paradigm of how the app would work. Definitely not trying to steer the app direction anywhere but would like to hear your input on this topic as quite a few users may want to use the app for NextCloud notes.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

At the moment this isn't possible, the root folder is only scanned for subfolders to use as notebooks. This might be something to review with respect to subfolders (#11) when that issue is tackled.
I also tried to use Folio with my Nextcloud notes folder and this issue makes it difficult indeed. Maybe the root files could be stored into an unclassified notebook.
