Summary

Today we lack examples of how to create NFT from the first point to the end using essential infrastructure tools provided by the TON Community and the blockchain community. That's why we need to make tutorials based on inspiring examples with popular technologies.

image

Context

I saw an example of building an NFT JS Application in OpenSea using Polygon and Pinata:

It would be nice to have something like this for the TON Blockchain, as in the future, TON wants to focus on WebApps.

Goals

  • As TON Storage is still in development, we could use Pinata as an IPFS provider example
  • Polygon must be changed to TON Blockchain with the relevant SDK (ton.js, tonapi.io, GetGems NFT smart contracts)
  • Instead of OpenSea, you will use GetGems marketplace as the most popular gateway for NFTs

Finally, you will write a tutorial for developers who want to create something valuable based on TON and NFTs.

Please, use the How To Build an App NFT article as the inspiration for your tutorial.

Deliverables

  • Described why it's necessary to create such a thing, as author did in the example provided
  • Tutorial article "How To Build an App NFT" using Pinata, TON and GetGems is ready
  • Article located at the TON Documentation in the Tutorials section
  • Article approved by @SwiftAdviser by complying "Tutorial styling guidelines" (example #1, example #2, example #3)

Definition of Done

Reward

  • Standard TON Footstep NFT
  • 500 USD in TON equivalent

Total: $500
