Losing scroll / collapse on switching between tokens sets or main nav tabs

There are a couple of odd behaviours when it comes to navigating between token sets, see the video for some references.

1. When switching between token sets, each token set should maintain its scroll position when changing, instead, it seems to have one scroll position. When you switch from set A mid way scroll to set B, it is scrolled down an equal number of pixels there. Instead, each set should be at its previous scroll position.
2. When you collapse token type sections, and you switch between main navigation tabs, they are all expanded again. They should remain as they were left when changing between tokens / inspect for example.
3. When collapsing token set folder (multi-file sync) and switching between main menu items they expand again when coming back to tokens.
