調査した結果ファイル形式がmovだったんですが、movだとMisskey側でサムネイルが生成されないっぽいですね……。
とりあえずv1.0.0では対応しない予定です、レアケースなので。
今後どうするかはリリースした後に……。

一旦v1.0.0では専用の画像に差し替える方向で対応します。

v1.0.0(#29 )をリリースしました！
サムネイルをこちら側で生成するべきかどうかは検討中とします。
