使用sync的upload模式，某些文件上传失败，一直重试上传

使用sync的upload模式，发现有些文件一直在重复上传动作，然而手动执行aliyunpan upload相同文件到同样的路径，却可以上传成功。
打开调试log，看到sync上传失败的log如下：
