the CXXFLAGS in env doesn't work #79

I am trying to cross compile stk by using NDK for android.
but i found the CXXFLAGS that i set to the env was override by the configure.ac

I think a cross-platform build should not directly overwrite user-set environment variables

You're probably right. How should --enable-debug be implemented..
