When a dictionary is added it currently gets enabled on all profiles. I'm not sure how people generally use profiles, but when multiple profiles are used for different languages this requires a lot of manually disabling new dictionaries. Would anyone be inconvenienced if we set it so that new dictionaries are only enabled by default on the profile to which they are added?
