Issue description:

Select2 field displays above customize header section due to z-index. Screenshot added.

Customize has more compatibility priority than other plugins.

Version used:

Latest from w.org

Using theme_mods or options?

theme_mods

Code to reproduce the issue (config + field(s))

any 'Type' like Typography, which uses select2
