Style and naming

Make sure all documentation styles name as "BetterReads"

Change class names of GoodreadsClient, GoodreadsSession, and GoodreadsRequest to BetterReadsClient, BetterReadsSession, and BetterReadsRequest. This will differentiate between what are functions specific to the library versus what is an interface for data obtained from Goodreads.

As this has the potential to break something that people are using, this should only be included in the 1.0.0 release.
