Fullscreen mode is broken in Mac OS 10.7.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to switch any of the example program to fullscreen on Mac OS 10.7.4.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected outcome is the program rendering graphics in fullscreen. Instead the 
program produces just a black screen and prints

Latest version on Mac OS X 10.7.4.

I think this is caused by a change in Mac OS X 10.7.x
