Add a debugging mode to the plugin

There's a certain difficulty of debugging the plugin since we provide limited error reporting. Admins should have an option to enable debugging where we would output more detailed information.

If debug mode is enabled, it should only affect administrators and not the end users. This should be handled on both PHP and JS/Ajax methods
