Hello, dear developers and people. I`m installed this apps, and don't have
button "attachment nextcloud". Why this button not activate?

You need Nextcloud
Nextcloud -> Apps -> install SnappyMail
Nextcloud -> Admin -> Adiitional settings -> NO iframe (use embed)
SnappyMail -> Admin -> Extensions active
