The submit button stops working if /etc/hosts is modified

Hi, if I modify the /etc/hosts file so that 127.0.0.1 points to my domain and in this way the smtp banner is displayed correctly, the snappymail send button stops working because it tells me that it requires localhost. What file should I modify to fix this issue? I appreciate your support in advance.
