changing txs ui needs two runs of cmake

I observed following and would like to know if this is normal: I made a change to configui.xml in my local repository and executed cmake:

$ cmake --build .
[1/3] Automatic MOC and UIC for target texstudio

After this I have to rerun cmake again, otherwise configmanager.cpp and configdialog.cpp are not updated. Shouldn't this be done by cmake?
